Mammoplasty

Sagging breasts are generally observed after pregnancy and breastfeeding, excessive gains and losses of weight, or the first occurrence of menopause and due to the influence of gravity and hormones. In these cases, the skin loses elasticity and starts to sag and deform. The nipples get at or below the infra-mammary line.

The breast lift surgery, a.k.a. mastopexy, removes the excess skin, raises and firms the nipples at optimal position, tightens the surrounding tissue, including the internal breast tissue as well, and reshapes and supports the new breast contour.
