Evrim Uçkunkaya

During the period between 2004 and 2006, she worked at the Praxisklinik in Haubrichforum of Cologne, Germany, with Dr. Winfried Gutbrod, M.D. and Dr. Savas Uckunkaya, M.D., in the field of General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. Then between 2006 and 2009 she worked together with Dr. Dirk F. Richter, M.D., in the area of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Dreifaltigkeits Hospital of Cologne, Germany. During this period, she concentrated on her academic training and research on Post Bariatric surgery. She gave class lectures combined with practical hands-on training on Post Bariatric Surgery, for many trainees and interns in different cities of Germany, the USA and Europe.

She became a senior doctor for Cosmetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, in 2010. During the period between 2010 and 2014, Dr. Uckunkaya worked with Dr. Ulrich Fabian M.D. Dr. Uckunkaya got a second degree in the Field of Micro Surgery and Hand Surgery at St. Agatha Hospital in Cologne, Germany, and fulfilled the role of Senior First Assistant Professor in the Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Micro-Surgery and Hand Surgery. 

Returning to Turkey in March 2014, Dr. Uckunkaya continued her work and profession as a senior surgeon of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at Serdar Eren’s Health and Aesthetic Care Centre and at Acibadem Hospital in Maslak. In 2015, she became the Managing Director of Ageless Clinic Istanbul, Turkey, while serving as a senior surgeon of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Surgical Hospital of Istanbul City.

Dr. Uckunkaya presently serves her clients at her private clinic on Valikonagi Drive in Nisantasi District, since November 2015.

Until today, she has authored several publications, conducted presentations and attended scientific efforts in observer/researcher status on countless occasions, besides holding memberships with plenty of national and international organisations specialised in plastic surgery.
