What is Mammoplasty?
Breasts, or “mamma” in old Latin saying, represent one of the most critical areas in the human, thus female body. It is a mother’s womb and breasts which insure the subsistence of the human society, life, history and culture in the time continuum.
The breast construct of the female body is what shapes and sorts a woman’s life for the most part.
Anatomically speaking, the breast is an organ that comprises fatty tissues by two thirds and mammary gland tissues by one third. While its shape depends on its size, the concentrations of fatty tissues it harnesses, the connective tissue that bonds it unto the female body and elasticity of the skin, other factors such as aging, hormonal imbalances and the influence of gravity may affect it, as well.
Sagging breasts may appear following pregnancy and breasting, excessive gains and losses of weight, or the first occurrence of menopause. In these cases, the skin loses elasticity and starts to sag and deform.
